Pengaruh Prestasi Kerja, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Pengembangan Karir Karyawan (Studi Pada PT. ISS Indonesia Area National Hospital Surabaya)

Employees in general have the potential to make a good contribution to the company, therefore human resources (HR) become one of the important production factors in a company in achieving its goals. Each organization or company continues to strive to improve the performance of its human resources. The more qualified and high-performing human resources, the higher the company's performance and company goals can be achieved properly. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work performance, education and training and work experience simultaneously and partially on the career development of employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Area National Hospital Surabaya. The sample of this research is the employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Area National Hospital Surabaya, with a total sample of 60 respondents. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS programs or software. The results showed that jointly (simultaneously) showed that work performance, education and training and work experience affect employee career development, partially work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee career development, while partially education & training and work experience has no positive and significant impact on employee career development.

Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ada perubahan pemikiran dan perilaku pengelola atau pengurus dalam melaksanakan manajerial seperti yang pertama bidang organisasi melaksanakan pendidikan anggota yang bertujuan menambah wawasan tentang tanggung jawab sebagai anggota dan sekaligus sebagai regenerasi pengurus. Yang kedua pengelolaan akuntansi koperasi, mampu mengerjakan akuntansi koperasi dengan menggunakan Informasi Teknologi. Dengan menggunakan program tersebut berdampak pada proses laporan akuntansi lebih mudah dan menghasilkan suatu laporan keuangan secara sistematis sehingga laporan pertanggung jawaban pengurus pada anggota dapat dilaksanakan dengan tepat sesuai jadwal yang harus dilakukan sebagai koperasi primer.

The Effect of Customer’s Orientation of Service Employee on Customer’s Satisfaction of Health Services

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of customer’s orientation of service employee (COSE) on customer satisfaction as well as its impact on the customer loyalty in C type of private hospitals in Surakarta, Central Java. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study uses three variables, namely customer’s orientation of service employee (COSE), customer’s satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as research method, and data analysis technique using AMOS 23.0. Findings: The result of the study shows that COSE had influenced the customer’s satisfaction and the customer’s loyalty. In conclusion, the customer’s satisfaction is an intervening variable that can mediate the effect of variable COSE on the customer’s loyalty. Practical Implications: COSE is something important to affect the performance of the resulting service which will provide customer’s satisfaction that will affect customer’s loyalty and improve the higher sustainable interaction between service providers (hospital) and patients. Originality/Value: This is part of a research on the effect of COSE on customer’s satisfaction on health services, especially for private hospitals in Indonesia.

PERAN PEMERINTAH, OCB DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KOPERASI MELALUI PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA DI KABUPATEN GRESIK

Economic growth has become a concentration that needs to be improved to meet the era of globalization. The support / role of the government through the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM program provides assistance in the form of education and training as well as capital assistance to small and medium business actors and cooperatives that are expected to be able to face free competition. To determine the productivity of cooperatives measured by the performance that is influenced by OCB, motivation, members and administrators who are willing to do extra activities to participate to improve cooperative performance. Purpose of this study is to describe and measure the influence of the role of government through related agencies, OCB and Work Motivation on cooperative performance through member participation. This research method was carried out with a quantitative approach of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) The results of this study indicate the role of government, OCB and work motivation have a significant effect on member participation and performance of women's cooperatives, participation has a significant effect on women's cooperative performance and the role of government, OCB, work motivation has a significant effect on performance through member participation.

The Effect of Motivation on Performance at the Women's Cooperative Institute in Al - Barokah, Tuban Regency

High motivation will improve one's performance at work. Work motivation can be realized when leadership in the organization goes well. It also motivates employees to work in accordance with the achievement of the desired goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Al-Barokah women's cooperative institution in Tuban Regency. In this study sampling technique was not used because the sample studied was the entire population or what was called the census. With the number of study samples totaling 584 people’s, consisting of employees at the Al-Barokah women's cooperative institution in Tuban. The data in this study uses quantitative-based studies. Data were collected using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study shows that 96% of the motivation impression on employee performance at the Al-Barokah women's cooperative institution in Tuban. This achievement shows that motivation plays a major role in improving the performance of existing employees in the Al-Barokah women's cooperative in Tuban Regency.
